The HC2286FKT12H50 filter element (a substitute for Pall products) and the 1.1000-H 10XL-A00-0-M filter element (a substitute for Rexroth products) ordered by the Russian customer were dispatched on October 29, 2025. Among them, the HC2286FKT12H50 is a custom-made substitute model for the customer, featuring glass fiber filter material, a nylon end cap, and a filtration precision range of 1–30 μm, with a customized precision of 15 μm this time. The frame was made of 2.0 mm thick galvanized steel to meet the customer's high-pressure resistance requirements.
1. The 1000-H 10XL-A00-0-M is a replacement model for Rexroth filter elements, with a filtration accuracy of 10 μm. The end caps of the filter elements are formed by stamping, effectively controlling costs while ensuring stable product quality. The filter material is also made of glass fiber, and the inner and outer protective nets can be made of powder-coated mesh or stainless steel. The frame is made of 1.8 mm carbon steel sheet rolled in a spiral shape, which has good pressure resistance.
